Art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights):

Communication and notification
No data deriving from the web service (therefore the above-mention browsing data) will be communicated or made known to third parties (apart from judicial bodies or law enforcement agencies if necessary).
The personal data are processed by authorised processing personnel (admin and PR staff, also third party, IT system management technicians, even third parties, who may also act as system administrators and are in this case nominated as such, marketing sector staff, even third parties, interns, processing controllers and their collaborators, personnel of the specific sector receiving a request, website management staff, even third parties), only when processing is required in order to fulfil their job and only using those operations strictly necessary for the same purpose.

Third party companies may also use authorised personnel to process the data. These will carry out the same activities and process the data for the same purposes as those for which the controllers were appointed by De Giusti.
